All information accessed or submitted through J.B. Hunt 360 for Employees (the "Site") is the property of J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. (the "Company"). Employees who use the Site agree to do so in accordance with all relevant policies contained in the Employee Handbook (including, but not limited to, the Information Systems Resources Security Policy and the Code of Ethical and Professional Standards) and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Employees are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts. Passwords or access codes must not be shared with anyone, except authorized personnel as described in the Information Systems Resources Security Policy. Employees may only use data, software programs, messaging systems, or computer facilities for which they have authorization and for an authorized Company purpose. If an employee suspects that someone may have discovered or guessed his or her password without authorization, he or she should contact the systems administrator to change it immediately. This Site may be used only for Company-related business and not for other personal or commercial purposes. Employees may not seek information on, obtain copies of, or modify files, other data, or passwords belonging to other users except as authorized. Employees may not misrepresent other users on the network or circumvent login procedures on any Company computer system. Employees who misuse this Site may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination and possible civil or criminal action.
